Cocktail Recipe

30   ml   Calvados V.S.O.P. Brandy

30   ml   Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac

  5   ml   Cointreau Triple Sec Liqueur

15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

60   ml   Brut Champagne

Glass          Highball   

Method      Shake and Strain  

Mixture

In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients; except brut champagne; Shake, strain over ice cubes into a chilled highball glass; fill with chilled brut champagne.
