30   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

30   ml   Campari Bitter Liqueur Aperitif

30   ml   Martini Rosso Sweet Vermouth

Glass         Martini or Old Fashioned

Method      Stir and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass or into old fashioned glass over ice cubes. (When served this latter way; a splash of schweppes soda water may be added, finally. Please ask.)

Garnish      Twist of Orange Peel
