Cocktail Recipe
60 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
45 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
20 ml Heering Cherry Liqueur
5 ml Simple Syrup(2 sugar>1 Water)
30 ml Schweppes Soda Water
Glass Highball
Method Shake, Strain and Stir
Mixture
In a shaker with ice, Pour gin, lemon juice and simple syrup; shake and strain into a chilled highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with soda water and Stir. Finally float cherry liqueur over the top.
