Cocktail Recipe

30   ml   Bacardi Superior Rum

30   ml   Calvados V.S.O.P. Brandy

30   ml   Pressed Apple Juice

20   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice    

1 quarter   Fresh Peeled Apple Fruit

Glass          Poco Grande  

Method      Blend  

Mixture

In a blender, combine all ingredients with the crushed ice. Blend well at high speed and pour into a chilled poco grande glass
