60   ml   Irish Whiskey

30   ml   Martini Rosso Sweet Vermouth

  2  dash Angostura Bitters

  2  dash Absinthe

Glass         Martini or Old Fashioned

Method      Stir and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice, pour all ingredients; Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
