45   ml   Tequila

15   ml   Lime Juice

120 ml   Schweppes Tonic Water

   1  teasp White Sugar

  2   dash Angostura Bitters        

Glass         HighBall

Method      Shake, Pour and strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients except tonic water; shake and strain into a chilled HighBall glass. top with tonic water

Garnish      Lime Wedge
