Cocktail Recipe

45   ml   Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac

30   ml   Dekuyper Peachnapps Liqueur

  5   ml   Simple Syrup(2 sugar >1 water)

 3   pcs  Sprigs Fresh Mint Leaves

Glass          Highball

Method      Muddle and Pour

Mixture

In a chilled highball glass place mint leaves with ice; Add sugar with just little water; Muddle then add the remy martin v.s.o.p cognac and peach schnapps liqueur; Stir.

Garnish      Sprig of Fresh Mint
