60   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

15   ml   Sugar Syrup

60   ml   Schweppes Soda Water

Glass         Highball

Method      Pour and Stir

Mixture

In a chilled highball glass; Pour gin, lemon juice sugar syrup and fill up with soda water; Stir gently.
