45   ml   Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth

15   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

60   ml   Schweppes Bitter Lemon

1    tsp   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

1    tsp   Bols Creme De Cassis Liqueur

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients; shake and strain into a chilled martini glass
