120   ml   Myer's Dark Rum       

  30   ml   Coco Lopez Coconut Cream     

120   ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

  30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Glass         Highball or Poco Grande

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture

In a cocktail shaker without ice, combine all ingredients. shake well for 14 sec. or more and strain into a chilled highball or poco grande glass with ice cubes; Top with grated nutmeg
