Pisco Sour

 

Cocktail Recipe

45   ml   Peruvian Pisco

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

  5   ml   Simple Syrup (2sugar >1 water)

  1  part  Egg White

  3  dash Angostura Bitters

 

 Glass         Martini

Method      Shake 7 without ice and shake 12 with ice cubes and Strain

 

Mixture

In a shaker without ice combine all ingredients except agostura bitters shake for 10 sec. and fill with ice cubes shake again for 12 sec and strain into a chilled martini glass

Garnish      Agostura bitters on the top of the cocktail cream
