15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

15   ml   Passoa The Passion Drink Liqueur

15   ml   Monin Vanilla Syrup

60   ml   Brut Champagne

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients including 1 fresh passion fruit; shake and strain into a chilled martini glass, Serve with 60 ml brut champagne on the side
