60   ml   Absolut Vodka

30   ml   Cointreau Triple Sec Liqueur

30   ml   Fresh Lemon Juice

  6   pc   Raspberries

 15  ml   Simple Syrup

Glass          Martini

Method      Shake & Strain

Mixture

In a shaker put 6 pcs fresh rspberries muddle and combine all ingredients with ice cubes; shake and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with super fine sugar.

Garnish      Lemon Wheel and Raspberries
