45   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

20   ml   Cointreau Triple Sec Liqueur

20   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

5     ml   Simple Syrup(2 sugar >1 water)

1  dash   Chicken Egg white/ Foamer

Glass         Martini

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass

Garnish      Lemon Twist & Red Cherry
