45   ml   Myers's Dark Rum

30   ml   Cointreau Triple Sec Liqueur

15   ml   Bacardi 151-Proof Rum

15   ml   Orgeat Syrup(almond-Flavored)

15   ml   Pomegranate(Grenadine) Syrup

15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

 

Glass          Poco Grande

Method      Shake and Strain

 

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; Except bacardi 151 rum, Shake and strain and pour into a chilled poco grande glass containing crushed ice. Float bacardi 151-proof rum.

Garnish     Pineapple Stick & Red Cherry
