Coffee Recipe

15   ml   Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac

15   ml   Grand Marnier Liqueur

15   ml   Sambuca Extra Molinari Liqueur

120 ml   Lavazza Fresh Hot Coffee

1    tps   Domino Dark Brown Sugar

30   ml   Nestle Whipped Cream

Method      Pour and Stir

 

Mixture

In a hot coffee mug; Pour cogmac, grand  marnier liqueur, sambuca and brown sugar; Stir;  Fill the glass with fresh hot coffee and stir well; top with chilled whipping cream. (Rim the glass by dipping kahlua & then brown sugar )

Garnish      Red Cherry
