45   ml   Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac 

120 ml   Nesquik Fresh Hot Chocolate

1    tsp   Domino Dark Brown Sugar

30   ml   Nestle Whipped Cream

 

Glass         Chocolate Mug

Method      Pour and Stir

 

Mixture

In hot chocolate mug; Pour remy martin  v.s.o.p. and brown sugar; Stir; Fill the glass with the fresh hot chocolate and stir well; top with chilled whipping cream (Note; Rim the glass by dipping kahlua and then brown sugar )

Garnish      Sprinkle Powdered Coco
