Amaretto Sour

Cocktail Recipe

60   ml   Amaretto Disaronno Liqueur

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

10   ml   Simple Syrup (2 sugar>1 water)

  1   pc   Egg White

Glass         Old Fashioned

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture 

In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients; shake and strain into a chilled old fashioned glass with ice cubes.
