Cocktail Recipe

45   ml   Bourbon Whiskey or  (liquor of your choice)

20   ml   Fresh Lime Juice

120 ml   Schweppes Ginger Beer

2  dash  Angostura Bitters             

Glass         HighBall

Method      Pour and Stir

Mixture

In a chilled highball glass with ice cubes; Pour bourbon whiskey and lime juice; Fill with ginger beer. Stir gently.

Garnish      Lime Wheel and Red Cherry or Only Slice  of Lime
