Carajillo

 

Coffee Recipe

45   ml   Bacardi Dark Rum

120 ml   Lavazza Fresh Hot Coffee

   7 grams     White Sugar

 

Glass         Small coffee cup or Shot Glass

Method      Pour and serve

 

Mixture

In a small coffee cup with expresso coffee pour bacardi dark rum and serve

Garnish      None 

 

Note : Carajillo is a espresso with 1 shot of liqueur or 1 shot of spirits, like if you want whiskey with your coffee just ask the bartender or barman, carajillo de whiskey/ black label or carajillo de baileys, or carajillo de cognac, any brandy prefered.

 

Note: Carajillo can be dark rum, whiskey, brandy or any liquors or liqueurs.
