Cocktail Recipe

60   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

60   ml   Brut Champagne

1    tsp   White Granulated Sugar

 

Glass         Champagne Flute

Method      Shake, Strain up and Stir

 

Mixture

In a shaker with ice, combined gin and lemon juice; shake and pour into a chilled champagne flute; Fill with chilled brut champagne.

Garnish      Twist of Lemon Peel
