  60   ml   Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac

120   ml   Schweppes Ginger ale

    2   dash   Angostura Bitters

Glass         HighBall

Method      Pour and Stir

Mixture

In a chilled highball glass with ice cubes; Pour Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac; Fill with ginger ale and 2 dash of angostura. Stir gently.

Garnish      Spiral feel of lemon
