Cocktail Recipe

60   ml   Bacardi Superior Rum

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

60   ml   Schweppes Soda Water

8-10  pcs   Fresh Mint leaves

4  Teaspoon  Brown Sugar

1   dash   Angustura Aromatic Bitters

 

Glass         Highball

Method      Muddle, Pour and Stir

 

Mixture

In a chilled highball glass put 8-10 pcs mint leaves, fresh half lime fruits cut in 4 pcs, 4 teaspoon brown sugar, 15 ml bacardi and muddle;  Put crushed iced and remaining 45 ml bacardi stir for 12 sec. ; top with schweppes soda water and drop angustura aromatic bitters; Stir for 3 sec and serve.
