Cocktail Recipe

30   ml   Bacardi Superior Rum

90   ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

10   ml   Sprite (lemon-lime soda)

1  dash   Chicken Egg White

 

Glass         Poco Grande

Method      Blend

 

Mixture

In a blender, combine all ingredients with the crushed ice. Blend well at high speed  and pour into a chilled poco grande glass

Garnish      Slice Orange & Red Cherry
