Pacman is a mocktail (non-alcoholic drink) made with Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, Grenadine Syrup, Schweppes Bitter Soda .Shake well and strain into a chilled poco grande glass over ice cubes. Top with bitter soda. pacman is a pink to red color

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

  5   ml   Pomegranate(Grenadine)Syrup

120  ml   Schweppes Bitter Soda

 

Glass         Poco Grande

Method      Shake and Strain

 

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients except bitter soda;. Shake well and strain into a chilled poco grande glass over ice cubes. Top with bitter soda

Garnish      Orange Slice & Red Cherry
