Piña colada is a cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut, slice of fresh pineapple and pineapple juice, blended with crushed ice, garnished with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry and served in Poco grande glass

Cocktail Recipe

45   ml   Bacardi Superior Rum            

60   ml   Coco Lopez Coconut Cream     

60   ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

25   ml   Myer's Dark Rum

1  slice   Fresh Pineapple Frui

 

Glass         Poco Grande

Method      Blend / Frozen

 

Mixture

In a blender, combine all ingredients with crushed ice. Blend well at high

speed   and pour into a chilled poco grande glass; Top with myers's dark rum.

Garnish    Pineapple Slice & Red Cherry
