60   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

1  dash   Angustura Aromatic bitters     

 

Glass         Martini

Method      Stir and Strain

 

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, Pour gin and stir until chilled, put angustura aromatic bitters in martini glass; shake out; Strain gin into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish      Twist of lemon Peel
