15   ml   Amaretto Disaronno Liqueur   

15   ml   Bols Blue Curacao Liqueur

90   ml   Brut Champagne

 

Glass         Champagne Flute

Method      Stir and Strain

 

Mixture

In a shaker with ice; pour amaretto, blue curacao liqueur and fresh lemon juice; stir and strain into a chilled champagne flute; Fill with chilled brut champagne.
