60   ml       Dark Rum

15   ml       Bacardi 151 rum

1     cube   White Sugar

2     dash   Angostura Aromatic Bitters

2     dash   Orange bitters

Glass         Old Fashioned

Method      Pour and Stir

Mixture

In a chilled old fashioned glass; muddle  the sugar and angustura and orange bitters with little soda water; Add a lemon or orange slice and ice cubes; Pour dark rum, bacardi 151 rum and  Stir.

Garnish      Lemon or Orange peel/ Slice & Red Cherry
