30   ml   Tio Pepe Fino Sherry

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

5     ml   Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac

2    tsp   Dairy America Double Cream

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; shake and strain into a chilled martini glass
