Cocktail Recipe

45   ml   Liquor(liquor of your choice)

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

90   ml   Schweppes Soda Water

1  dash   Angustura Aromatic Bitter

1  dash   Simple Syrup(2 sugar>1 water)

Glass         Poco Grande

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; except soda water; shake well and strain into a poco grande glass over crushed  ice; finally pour soda water and stir.

Garnish      Swizzle Stick or Red Cherry
