Cocktail Recipe

60   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

30   ml   Noilly Prat Blanc Dry Vermouth

  5   ml   Absinthe

15   ml   Maraschino liqueur

  2   dash   Orange bitters

Glass          Martini or Old Fashioned

Method      Stir and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients except absinthe (absinthe will coated around the glass); Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass with absinthe coated inside the glass.

Garnish      Twist of lemon and Red cherry
