Cocktail Recipe

30   ml   Myers's Dark Rum

20   ml   Bols Creme De Banana Liqueur

30   ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

  5   ml   Simple Syrup(2 sugar >1 water)

30   ml   Schweppes Soda Water

A pinch each of ground nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon.

 

Glass         Highball

Method      Shake and Strain

 

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; Except Soda water; shake and strain intoa  chilled highball glass over ice cubes; Fill with schweppes soda water.

Garnish      Banana Slice
